Through the use of meditation, reiki, therapy and yoga, I was able to work through my grief over the loss of my mother and marriage, all in one fell swoop. I never thought i was going to come through that time in my life, and now that I have, I have found great joy and peace in teaching others how to get through the other side, to a happiness that supersedes that which they experienced before the loss.
