We offer a wide range of services to property owners including monthly management and leasing services. Typical charges are 8% of monthly rent for monthly management and 40% of first months rent for leasing services (finding tenants for your property). We offer discounts for multiple properties.Every owners situation is different so contact us for a detailed and personalize proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to determine what a property owners goals are with their investment property and then create a plan to achieve those goals. Ultimately, we want to protect and ensure the maximum return on your investment.

PMI is a license real estate brokerage firm and property managers are licensed real estate agents.
