Phenomenal culinary feast was provided for my birthday. I found the chef to be an extremely effective communicator as we planned the menu months out and design an in AirBnB meal. It was my first time in NoLa, so she went above and beyond by checking out the kitchen space and logistical coordination with the mgnt team. Even when the weather struck a day before, she was forward thinking on plan-B option (rain forecast for patio event) and pedantic about making sure my needs were still meet. On the day of she maintain real time communication and arrived early for the gig.
Now the food... the food the FOOD! This woman laid it down with an EPIC 5 course meal and service my friends/family. Each course was uniquely flavored and each of my guest agreed that this was the BEST meal of the trip. Lastly, coming for California were I am used to conservative serving, we totally got our money's worth. In planning the meal I'd hoped to ensure that everyone was satisfied, not only were they but we had to cut the 5th course and skip to dessert because folks were getting full. The remaining course was package and made for an excellent lunch the following day (especially because it was gumbo and the flavor has sat).
If I could give 6 stars I would!!! Absolutely fantastic experience that you'd be lucky to lock down... before she gets BIG and opens a restaurant.

I hired Juicy Creations to do my husbands surprise birthday party. We had family from North Carolina and Florida who had never experienced the NOLA foods, so I asked for a creol menu. I wanted the convince of servers and a bartender so that I could enjoy our family as well. I am soooo glad that I decided to go with Juicy Creations. The entire staff was professional and polite, they tend to the guest just how I envisioned. My mother-in-law is allergic to seafood and I let the staff know, once they laid eyes on her, they made sure that she didn’t touch anything that had seafood in it. The food was delicious and plentiful. The bartender made the drinks just right. Working with the owner, Tatiana, for 2 months on this party was a breeze. No matter how anxious I got during the process she read some that everything was going to be perfect and it was.
I will definitely use Juicy Creations in the future.
