Kysha worked as the facilitator of our Welcome Table NOLA group was the key to our success. She was always prepared, always started by centering us and explaining the agenda, and always kept the energy level of the meeting up. She kept a dozen strong-willed individuals on message, on deadline, and working together. She was relentlessly upbeat and drove us to get the most out of ourselves. I left every meeting with Kysha energized and ready for more.
As the "financials" person in our group, I appreciated the time Kysha spent with me finalizing the books. She was available when I needed her, and gave me all her attention.
I'm looking for opportunities to get Kysha involved in other projects -- I know if I can get her onboard success will follow.
