- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly and or day rates depending on the level of the project and services required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a pleasant work relationship, listen to the customers issues they're experiencing with their project. Ask questions to help understand and confirm the problems to be resolved. Evaluate the information gathered and provide an estimate based on the information gathered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the technical service industry for 20 years from providing tech support, building custom PC's, installing surveillance systems, installing professional lighting and audio systems in concert halls and homes, providing home control and automation. I've learned by doing and working hard to expand and inhance my technical knowledge and skill.
