Introduction: Wholistic BodyWorkx is a professional establishment that practices professional massage. We approach the art and science of massage. It consists of multiple varied techniques to achieve both temporary relief from stress and pain, as well as long term management of serious or chronic conditions. My personal philosophy within therapeutic massage is to use the best of western medicine alongside an eastern, holistic approach. A sessions goal is to target not just the symptom but the source. Wholistic BodyWorkx combines the physical as well mental and astronomical being of the mind and body. The body is made up more than just muscles and atoms. There are energy fields to be considered as well. Creating a space of relaxation, restorative and rejuvenation.  Each service are customized sessions. These sessions are accordingly based on the make of the muscle, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Simply being dictated by their patterns. The approach to the body itself is a multidimensional one. Exploring the body from different angles and planes. Each session is neither the same. Depending on the service chosen, different techniques are used to achieve the same goal.  The  session consists of three views: 1) your complaint 2) observation of your body mechanics  3) listening to the language of your body Taking in consideration the clients complaints and experience. The body has its own story to tell. Muscles, tendons and fascia all speak. Taking the findings of this and the clients complaint is essential to a successful session.Each session are designed to promote pain relief, release emotional blocks, stress relief, self awareness,  and create balance.
