- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. Our first step is understanding the client's needs — is their project an update, a complete renovation, a start-from-scratch build. The level of quality and complexity of the project as well as type of property [Single Family Residence, Co-Op, Condo, Commercial Space] will all be factors in determining a price. Once the price is agreed upon with our clients, we stick to it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is meeting with a client, preferably in the subject space, so that we can learn about the client's vision. We work collaboratively to bring YOUR dream to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
