We will work with you to customize the perfect outing for your canine counterpart. Servicing the Upper East and West Side to Gramercy Park and Chelsea, our personalized care includes daily updates, paw wiping, and as much fun and exercise as we can provide for your pooch. We also do feedings and water refreshing. Our puppy package is specifically designed to reinforce housebreaking, command training, and energy expulsion. Senior dogs can often require a little extra care and we help with physical therapy exercises, and administering medication, if needed. We make every effort to personalize the experience for you and your dog! We will work with their special needs and your schedule. Prodigy Puppy was not only a dream realized, but the beginning of a mission. Our dogs are more than just pets. They are family members, best friends and soulmates. Our mission is to offer unparalleled personal care and maintain a small, intimate community of dogs and their owners. Prodigy Puppy is more than just business as usual dog care. Paula is such a patient and loving dog walker! Not only is she amazing with dogs of all shapes, temperaments and sizes but she is great with cats too! My cat is probably one of the neediest cats of all time and so it was important that he got great attention and care. Paula checked in with me almost every day with pictures and updates to let me know that my furbaby was doing great. She also is heavily involved in the non-profit animal welfare field which is even better! A great dog walker with a great heart! Definitely recommend!

Paula provided exceptional care for my large breed dog Jolie for years. I'll admit, I am a bit of a neurotic pet owner but never once did I worry when my precious Jolie was in her care (for walks or overnights). She always sent me pictures and texts and most importantly, I witnessed how happy my Jolie was when in her care. I have since relocated to Boston but I miss Paula's services dearly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 Minute Social Outing: A small group of 2-3 dogs that includes a 30 minute walk or a trip to the dog park ($18) Solo Outing: Private, 30 minute walk with no other dogs present ($24). Bio Break: A 10-15 minute relief outing so your pup can potty. A great option during inclimate weather ($14). The Power Hour: Ideal for dogs who have a lot of energy to burn ($30/$34 solo) Prodigy Kitty Care: 15-20 minute visit includes feeding, water refreshing, litter cleaning and indoor play ($14) In Home Overnight Care: Customized care for your dog in the comfort of their own home ($85 per night). Please check the website for our packages where you can save up to 15%!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All potential new clients receive a complimentary meet and greet at the location of their choosing. I often suggest to meet at the home of the dog, just to get an idea of his or her routine and location of essential items for care (i.e. location of leash or crate).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR & Pet First Aid Certified. Prodigy Puppy is 100% bonded and insured for indoor and outdoor care.
