About this pro
Seasoned, experienced, Fortune 500 senior leader, with over 25 years of managerial experience ranging from entry level to senior management. Having managed a number of brands from large mega brands like Listerine to smaller e-commerce enterprises like my own dietary supplement launch, I have a wealth of experience when it comes to writing business plans, evaluating market potential, assessing innovation, and developing and executing marketing strategies both for offline and on. Over the years, I've developed a very systematic approach to strategic/marketing plan development and market assessment and technology analysis. This process is very helpful in getting all the parties aligned and on the same page. In a nut shell, this process is laser focused on identifying and defining our target as specifically as possible, understanding what motivates them, and crafting our message so that it is unique and own-able. It includes the standard market analysis sections (competitive landscape, SWOT, etc.), which are important in execution, but it's been my experience that more business stumble due to a lack of clarity of target or uniqueness of message than due to a lack of market understanding. There isn't a one-size fits all approach, which is what I love about strategic planning and marketing. Solving business challenges and helping others to meet their potential was always one of the most rewarding aspects of my corporate jobs. This is what gets me excited about my day and why I started this service.
Customers rated this pro highly for work quality, professionalism, and responsiveness.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typical hourly rates are about $100 depending upon the complexity of the work, number of hours required, and business stage. Business plans start at $1,200, and Marketing plans at $1,000. That said, I always try to find a way to scale the project to meet my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? With all new clients, it is important to create a scope of work, where the objectives of the project and the key deliverables are clearly articulated with mutually agreed on due dates and clear payment terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from Syracuse University.
