- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different pricing options depending on the package and the amount of sessions a client is committing to work towards, for themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer new clients different options for what type of work they want to do. Each option is a commitment for you to work on your situation. Each client is different. In some cases, we dive right into what the client is presenting for the session. In other situations, I offer a discovery session, which can include a process giving the client more structure and understanding of where they are with their lives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained by "Leadership that Works", "Coaching for Transformation" program My training has taken place over the last 30 years... As an Artist / Director and Activist, I make videos that tell important heartfelt stories. I am looking for the truth and beauty in a person and situation. It has taken me years to figure out the balance of intuition, patience and listening for the truth to appear. While running the operations of TV/Film/Internet production and broadcast facilities, in New York and Los Angeles. My jobs were always about Empowering people to do the best job they possibly could do. In many cases, working under great pressure on projects with very specific goals and deadlines.
