- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly flat rate for smaller onsite work and issue discounts above 10 hours. We also work on a fixed price project basis and a retainer model. We would be happy to discuss your need and find a solution that works for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with Boutique Hotels, Luxury Retail and Small and Medium Businesses with a focus on media, marketing, publishing and content creation. We also have many clients on the private residential side.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework, ask for references and examples of prior work, there are a lot of providers out there make sure that you find one that is the right fit for your project. Slightly higher rates do not always mean more expensive when you work with a professional in the field your project is typically completed in less time with less chance of having to be redone.
