Introduction: With a bachelors degree in nutrition and dietetics, I help my clients achieve their goals through nutrition counseling as well as personal training. My clients vary from athletes training for races to weight loss and wellness clients. My training methods include body weight training, circuit training, plyometrics, resistance training, and sport specific training.
