Jules is great! I was nervous to change stylists but after just 1 experience with Jules never plan to go back to a salon. Her skills with color (blonde highlights) and cutting, combined the with the convenience of having my hair done at home and the pleasure of chatting with someone so positive and friendly are the perfect mix.

Getting professional hair colored at your own home is the best.. she was very prompt on my request, got an appointment in a day! she was punctual, very understanding to what I really want, was very nice to talk to and gave me an amazing look!! Just how I wanted it! Clarity on the price point was initially good, but could have been better. She was really amazing to work with! Will definitely seek her out again :)

Jules was incredible! She packed everything you need for the hair of your dreams in the neatest portable backpack. Everything was salon quality and extremely clean and tidy. She really listens to your hair desires and makes it happen. I’ve had tons of compliment on my hair and I feel great!

Jules is amazing!! Having just moved from London, I was anxious about finding a top stylist who would come to my home in NYC. After just the initial session with Jules, I knew I had found my new stylist. She comes to me on a regular basis for colour treatments and cuts and styles. I recently had my hair cut and styled by Jules. I had been hesitant to have someone come to my small apartment to cut my hair. I was worried it would be awkward and that there would be a mess and lots for me to clean up. But Jules has a very easy going personality and she is a total professional. She is super easy to schedule with and she takes care of everything. I scheduled with Jules for after work on a Thursday evening. She arrived on time and was super pleasant. She checked out my current hairstyle and we discussed how she thought she could improve my look. We decided on a style and she went to work. Not only did she give me an awesome new hairstyle but she left my place exactly as it was before she arrived. Having my hair cut at home by Jules was an awesome experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and for most is giving a thorough consultation. It's best to text me with your name and a good time to call. This is especially important with color clients so we can go over your color goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my license in 2000 after a 2 year apprenticeship under a Paul Mitchell Master Associate, while training to become a Nation Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. I worked for the Global Artistic Director for JPMS in CA for 3 years as an assistant, then stylist before moving back to NYC, where I have worked in 2 Paul Mitchell Focus Salons as well as traveling teaching cutting and coloring in other people's salons and working hair shows. I currently have a license in CA & NY as well as a national certification to educate for Paul Mitchell.
