I'm no better than most guys when it comes to cooking for myself and eating nutritiously. Several friends here in NYC have recommended Anna as someone who could reboot my thinking when it comes to food. I work a lot and wanted to feel more energized while cutting back on meat. I had heard through the Manhattan-Mom-Grapevine that Anna’s advice is magic for sorting through gut problems and losing weight. She is extremely articulate and educated and very strict. She demands commitment! I needed this kind of discipline. It was hard to form new habits, but once I got past the mental hurdles, I lost weight, gained energy and am sleeping better. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?This depends on if you are a nutrition client or personal chef. I am open to discussing package rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process as a nutrition consultant is a first meeting of 1-2 hours to understand the needs of the client. The second meeting occurs one week later. In that meeting (of 1-2 hours) we will review my recommended course of action and specify what kind of information the client should record in a diary. After a month, I meet again with the client to gauge success and/or tweak the program. I recommend that the meetings are conducted in person so I can assess the client more easily. However, skype-video meetings are also possible if necessary. As per my personal chef services, I must understand the client's needs first. This is settled in a phone call with the client.
