- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive, sliding scale pricing that fits the needs of my clients. With that said, I am a college educated, US based professional, not cheap labor. If you are looking to get your website built as cheaply as possible, I am happy to point you towards a coding sweatshop–and you will get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually send a rough estimate to make sure the price is in a range that is workable for the client and myself. After getting very specific requirements and specifications, I will create a final proposal and send it for an e-signature. Once the document is signed and the deposit is submitted, work will commence and completed before the agreed upon deadline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science and Economics from New York University.
