- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price varies depending on size of your team and the frequency of your orders ranging from $15 - $20/pp. A new menu is curated each day and consists of five (5) dishes - including a leafy green salad, grain, vegetable, and two (2) proteins. We also offer a vegan protein with each menu at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Customer Success team works with your Office Coordinator/Event Planner to minimize the time and effort it takes to place an order. We understand your task list is never-ending, so we take orders over the phone, via email, or on our web-app (soripe.com). Simply provide the number of people, address for delivery, + a few other details and our hard-working team will handle the rest.
