- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My average rate is $75 an hour and my average session lasts for 90 minutes, but it really depends upon what your needs are and what you are comfortable with. You are different than everyone else. Which is why I am flexible in how we work together. Whether it is weekly, monthly, or even annually for a casual tune-up, I am happy to work with you in person or through Skype, I am here for you. It really depends on what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with people one-on-one over the phone or in person to see if my style will work for you. We can also lay out an approach you are comfortable with. Typically an engagement will begin with a brief meditation so that you can peel back the distractions we all encounter in our days. We then delve into whatever issues you face so that I can truly hear you and provide direction, insight, even exercises and tools that will help you overcome the issues you see for yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from the corporate world, so I understand the issues you may face in your professional and personal life. I have also overcome 9 brain surgeries and 6 weeks of radiation that have removed more than 20 brain tumors in my life. I know pain and what it takes to start over gain and again and again. I have also helped dozens, perhaps hundreds of people overcome their own issues. I have also taken my experiences to write more than six books for such publishers as McGraw Hill and Walton Press, as well as spoken to small and large groups to help many people live their lives better, to become more productive in their lives and more comfortable in the transitions we all face. I can do the same for you.
