- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are varied and depend on the level of your experience and the types of services needed. I will always provide a packages deal if more than just a resume is needed. All work is 100% GUARANTEED in terms of receiving a final version after you have approved it. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO WORK ON RESUME BEGINS ONCE OUR INITIAL CONSULTATION IS COMPLETE. Basics rates are based on years of work experience: $120 for 0-2 Yrs $140 for 2-6 Yrs $170 for 6-10 Yrs $190 for 10+ Yrs (C Level) ***Cover letters start at $30 and increase based on amount of experiences.*** We also have ....A SPECIAL PROMOTION THAT INCLUDES THE FULL PACKAGE DEAL INCLUDES: Your Resume, Cover letter, 2 hrs. of Interviewing Preparation, 1 hr. of Career Coaching Session and Social media account on LinkedIn!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
IT'S AS EASY AS 1-2-3 The first thing you need to do is schedule a phone appointment with Consultant/Tonie. 1. Set up for the phone appointment, request old resume and or job description they may have for their current position. It is extremely important to have this initial discussion and usually takes just about an hour, depeding on years to be discussed. 2. Once the first drafts of your résumé and cover letter are completed, Tonie will email them to you for your review. You have the opportunity to ask any questions or request any changes. Once the final drafts are completed, your résumé and cover letter will be emailed to you as Microsoft Word documents, ready to be saved to your computer files and then printed or emailed to prospective employers as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in “Corporate America” for over 25 years and have had experience with an accounting firm and had clients within different industries while doing their audits....So I gained a great deal of experience in understanding the nature of the different companies and the roles within each department from doing complaince regulations for Human Resource departments. I specialize in healthcare, legal, accounting, customer service and IT.
