- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50% percent deposit of the total cost of the event is required to guarantee the availability of service for the date of said event, this payment will be collected immediately. Final payment will be due 14 days from the event date. *Deposit are Non-Refundable Catering Services thats are provided on short Notice (7 days or less) will be subject to a *Rush Fee of $75.00 per 20-25 People. Personal Chef Serivces Payments Are due Immediately. Food Cost aren't included in Hourly Rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client, So I coordinate a date and time to have consultation, So that I can verbally tell the customer's about the business and how we can sevice their needs .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully knowledgeable and certified in the safe handling of food and keeping food areas sanitized Studied professional with an understanding of how to adapt foods to tastes diets cultures etc. Maintains a high level of customer service whether working in a household for a corporation or third party food service provider Constantly looking for new and exciting means to enhance meals with fresh recipes food varieties and plating arrangements Comfortable working independently or in groups of cooks and chefs Exceptional understanding of using ingredients and apposite combinations
