After several weeks on the market and tens of showings my agent was unable to sell my home for my pregnant wife and I. Mr. Barksdale was hired as my new agent and within only a few showings he was able to get an offer we couldn't refuse. He then managed to turn around and show us what seemed like every house on the market within a 30 mile radius in a week and would not settle for anything less than the perfect house for us and our growing family. He managed to take what was a very stressful time for us and made it very enjoyable. We closed on both the sale and purchase 8 days before our baby girl was born and I will never forget the lengths he went to to ensure my family was taken care of as if they were his own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule the time to meet with the client and explain the home buying/selling process and by going over stories I have experienced over the last decade of being in the business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my license to become a REALTOR in 2006 from Omega real estate school. I then passed my state and national examination. I then attended PruFox & Roach University to understand the principals of real estate sales. I attended Wilmington University where I obtained an BS in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing.
