- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have baseline prices, which I share with my customers based on their needs. Every customer is different and deserves a customized quote based on their unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Typically, I will request information by email and then organize a phone conversation. It is important for me to understand as much as possible about my client and their intended outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in education with 4+ years of experience working with students in college settings. This has enabled me to have a firm grasp on various fields of industry and career trajectories. Lastly, I have several years of experience working in a career services center, where I reviewed and edited hundreds of resumes and cover letters and helped students to sharpen their interviewing skills.
