- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the following packages: 1. Guaranteed Allergy, Dander and Pet Odor Removal 2. Pet Package Premium: Pet Odor and Stain Removal and Deodorization 3. Whole House Package: consisting of the following Vacuum - Prespray - Deep Steam Cleaning - Scotch Guard Protection 4. Basic Carpet - Move-In or Move-Out Package Vacuum - Prespray - Deep Steam Cleaning Note: We will offer a 50% discount on any other service needed after our preinspection review is completed. We DO NOT do any "Bait and Switch" tactics!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We review the current condition of the carpets, room by room using our Pre-Inspection checklist, 2. Annotate any areas of concerns that needs immediate attention. 3. After the review, we give the customer a game plan as to what services we can provide to meet their needs. 4. We then offer our clients a 15% discount and a free whole house deodorizer as a token of our appreciation for doing business with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Carpet Cleaning Professional Certification Training 2. Actual hands-on carpet and upholstery Cleaning training. 3. Liability Insured 4. Business Management Degree from Saint Leo University, Langley Air Force Base.
