- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I give a rough estimate over the phone. I go by the size of the home as well as the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. If we agree on price I will schedule a cleaning. Generally I like to do a deep clean first which costs a little bit more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off cleaning banks for 2 1/2 years. Then I worked for a residential cleaning company for 2 years and was the training supervisor of the company who trained all new employees.
