- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do have a standard pricing system. However we consider that to be proprietary information. Therefore we are not comfortable publicly presenting that because our competition could easily mimic it for their own profit. We would be glad to disclose to our clients how we go about charging for our services upon a consultation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by consulting and asking the potential client questions about the type of services they are seeking either in person, over the phone, or electronically. Then we proceed to share some knowledge about our cleaning processes which leads to the potential client being more informed therefore enabling them to make knowledgeable decisions about the services they are seeking. Then we finish off the consultation by confirming the details of the services they are in search of, as well as the schedule and frequency of the services. It is then, that we offer our clients a lock box, should they choose to schedule cleaning when they are not present. Finally, we are sure that the client sees the shine at the end of each of our scheduled visits!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Reflections Cleaners has obtained 5+ years of experience in the commercial and residential industry by working closely with the owner of a million dollar independent cleaning company in Atlanta, who is also a family member. He has conglomerated his experience with other veterans of the industry to create an extensive training course that requires the trainee's to pass an exam with at least 85% of the questions correctly answered, as well having to complete 10hrs of mock cleanings before being released into the field under direct supervision.
