- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we like to see the job either pictures and get all the info before we bid a job so that we bid it right and the price is firm and dont get changed on you. We wanna do it right and make you proud. take hiring honest and high quality workers seriously. And the really great companies train and train and train their crews to become the best not only at what they do but on what they can be. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home

We have been in the brick work for over 20 years.We operate a professionally run business,where they receive hands-on training, and where shift managers hone skills necessary to ensure each crew maintains the highest quality of service everyday.
