I am a registered dental hygienist with extensive training in nutritional planning, Medical history background screening and interactions with medications pertaining to health and wellness. Experience in overall health of clients who are diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, IBS, anxiety, and depression. I have over 4 years of experience in personal training, mobility, and nutrition, and stress management.
