- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Requesting a quote for a "Motivational" speech means different things to different people or organizations. Therefore, my first step is to communicate with the client to determine theme, expected outcomes, attendee profile and any prior experience using outside speakers.

Graduate of the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Train the Trainer program Graduate of Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers BA degree in Leadership and Management from Judson University
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for years in the professional services industry, I was promoted to lead the sales training initiatives of a global engineering firm. After several years of helping that firm become a leader in the industry, I began a business that helped professionals become better at marketing, sales and business development. In the process, I have written two books and currently working on my third.
