Scott has crafted his BBQ technique over the years and has developed a product that is second to none. I host and organize many social events and Scott is my "go-to" guy for all things BBQ. He is always early or on time for an event and completely prepared! I could not recommend him highly enough!

Hired Riverside Smoke to cater a military promotion party. Completely exceeded expectations!!! Outstanding food and excellent service! Definitely made the event and the evening a huge success! I would highly recommend them for any event where quality food and service is desired. The bbq is absolutely amazing and the presentation was outstanding. I still have people asking me who catered the event! The "slawsa" and hash are awesome!! I would just like to say thanks to Scott for a job well done! Two 👍🏻 and 5 stars all the way!!

They did an awesome job catering our wedding. The pulled pork and brisket was a huge hit. We did tacos and sandwiches. The tacos with the slawsa were a huge hit. We definitely will be eating all the leftovers! All the guests kept asking where we got the good so they could plan for their next event!!!
