Because I spend a lot of time online, I was constantly worried about getting a virus or being hacked. I contacted Cyber Shift Technologies, and they had a package for my home computer which guards against this type of problem. My computer is kept up to date with the latest fixes for all known threats as they become available. This gives me a sense of confidence as I navigate the Internet. John setup an Ethernet switch and printer to the computer in our office. He was fast at diagnosing and determining the solution to get the printer working. He was detailed in explaining what was needed so that I understood. Very friendly and a great price!

Network problems, Cyber Shift responded quickly to our need and had us up and running with new expanded hardware in short order. Very helpful and great to work with. They have also helped us with troubleshooting and reloading computer equipment that had failed and were able to restore it and get it back in working order quickly.

We are a relationship building company. We believe our pricing model is fair and will work within any budget. Everything we do is month to month. We want to work to earn your business every day! We also help you build a rotation schedule for your business with our 7 year warranty PC's.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE IT consultation to all new customers. We will come onsite and get an overview of the pain areas you are experiencing. After learning more about you and your business. We will come up with a plan to best assist your company.
