I have been working with Erica for almost four months. From the beginning I immediately learned that my fitness is her passion. She was very attentive and guinuinely in tune with my fitness goals. Since then I have lost 10 pounds, over two inches in my waist and have drastically increased my muscle mass. I am currently preparing for my first bikini competition. Body building was not anything I had imagined possible when I first set out to find a trainer.
