- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for materials and cost of labor. If the client has the materials for the job then that would mean a lower charge for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free visual estimates and if you have the tools and materials I will only charge for labor. My goal is to obtain a steady list of clients on a recurring basis.

I started working in this field as a young man my father owns an apartment complex I was responsible for interior exterior painting,building maintenance, lawn maintenance, paving the black top, repairing appliances.
