The product that I offer through Employee Voluntary Benefits is a Guranteed Issue Life Insurance Plan that no active employee can be turned down for because of past or present health challenges.
The employee has the flexibility to purchase coverage on their personal life only or may choose to purchase guranteed issued life insurance coverage benefits on their spouse, any children, who have not reach the age of 25, and grandchildren who have not had their 15th birthday at the time of application.
Again all this is guranteed issued
and the benefits payments can be payroll deducted for convenience.
Quite possibly the best part of this guranteed issued benefit is should the employee leave their current employer these benefits will remain in force, as long as premium payments are made, and go with them and their family at no change in premium or benefit coverage amount.
