- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing but we find that each person's budget is different. We try to ascertain the client's needs and see if there goals are achievable with the budget that they have for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is that we interview the new client to fully understand his needs and expectations. Once we have a full grasp of what the client expects, then we can properly design and target his desired prospect. This could be a questionnaire and telephonic interview. We ask for a 30 minute time frame to accomplish this. Then we will create a strategy that incorporates his requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was CEO of a home furnishings wholesale company for 17 years - during my tenure I was responsible for the entire marketing of the organization. We have a large budget and needed to promote our trade shows, catalogues, new product introductions etc. I have always have a penchant for marketing. At Transformational Outsourcing, we have a full team that uses the major social media channels to promote our company. We have over 500 clients, mostly small businesses that use our services.
