- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my pricing please visit my website under "services" for all of my packages along with pricing details. I ask my customers to text me a picture(s) of the makeup look that they had in mind so I can make sure the time slot is enough to ensure everything goes perfect!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients first and ask numerous amount of questions, (Skin type, tone, sensitivity of their skin and Most importantly what they are looking for. I always prefer to see a picture of my client along with an inspirational photo of the makeup look they want. Once we have both answered each other's questions i ask my client if they would like to set up a trail (usually brides/engagements).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any education or training, I am simply self taught but experienced! My makeup journey began as a hobby and later blossomed into a career. I used to sit all day watching random youtubers and I would practice on myself until I eventually began to receive clients of my own. And now, 3 years later I have my own YouTube channel, Instagram page and a freelancing service.
