- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our DJ and team will not begin any work on projects until deposit is paid. If you would like our services for your event, we do require a deposit (non-refundable) of half the total amount. Also, the remaining balance should be paid three days before the event, so that on your special day all finances have already be taken care of and you can enjoy your day! We do not accept cash payments for tax purposes. Thank you for understanding, have a great day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has decided to go with our services, I like to get as much detail as I can about the venue. We would like pictures of where we will be setting up. Details are important, we can provide color specifications with our set up and more. Ask about the fog machine for different effects as well😀
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took some dj classes in CA as well as in DFW DJ school, TX
