No, every clients needs and project is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a schedule convenient to the client, review the project and answer any and all questions at that time. We will perform a complete evaluation of the project and offer different options that may help. We guarantee that our company is transparent and will not except a signed contract unless our clients are fully aware of what they may or may not be getting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself along with my team leaders take advantage of every possible opportunity for continued education. Whether it be webinar's,seminars,manufacturer credentials,etc. The products and technology is rapidly changing so it is important to try and keep up with all the new ideas and products so that we can offer the consumer the very best applications possible.
