- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, there is a range in which we have to work to be a viable company, provide health insurance & liability insurance for our customers protection as well as ours. The people who want quality companies to call and do quality work, they understand that. But we have never turned down someone truly in need because of lack of money - In fact we do many free jobs a year for the greater Cleveland Community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat each customer like they are our only customer, it is likely that one of our two owners will be the ones to meet, greet and compose your estimate. We like to get to know each customer personally, and do business on a handshake.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing training in every aspect of services we preform are essential to our success and is on going by suppliers, instructors & other professionals.
