After doing some research on the company I came to find out that Rob could help with two problems I was having at the house. First was fixing our AC unit which was a life saver on a 90+ degree day and the other was checking out our sewer clean out valve and giving us guidance on what needed to be done. Rob was quick to respond to my emails and showed up not only on time but early to our appointment which is always appreciated! He was very courteous and explained in detail what he was doing and even showed me how to clean and maintain the AC unit. I will definitely recommend him and will for sure call him again if/when something else decides to go wrong.Aug 10, 2016VerifiedRobert D.'s reply
Glad you are happy with our service. Thanks for your business!
Rob arrived in a very timely fashion, was very friendly and professional. Very clearly described the issues with the AC unit and what was needed to fix it. Was very thorough and informative. I never felt pressured or up-sold on unnecessary services. Work was very neat and clean. Would recommend, 100%Aug 2, 2016VerifiedRobert D.'s reply
