- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When hiring for any home improvement project customers should consider the peace of mind that comes with a company carrying insurance to cover your scope of work. Yes the price may be higher, but knowing your property repair is in good hands and protected should be your number one priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
M Property Restoration will come to your home to assess the scope of the project and submit a written estimate on site. If the homeowner would like to proceed with the project we will typically take a deposit and schedule a date for the work to begin. Roof work can be completed in as fast as a day or two so a deposit of 50% is required before we schedule a date. Other construction related projects may require more time and we typically require a 33% deposit to schedule the work.
