- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Private lessons are $60 for 45 minutes, $75 for ONE HOUR and $90 for 90 minutes of training. Group classes are $75 for four weeks of classes which are 50-60 minutes long each week. If you have to miss a class you are welcome to make it up. Many of my clients continue for a second session of four classes and I have some clients who continue to come and are now doing advanced training. My focus is on your needs and desires for what you want to have happen with your canine companion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll take a brief history of your dog and learn what it is you most need/want from my services. Together we will work out a plan of action whether it be through private lessons or group classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first trained with Dr. Ian Dunbar back in 1992 and following that went to many seminars and workshops and conferences over the years. Basically I train you to train your dog using positive reinforcement methods, and I focus on having a lot of fun while training, for both you and your dog.
