- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to have a standard pricing on cakes and desserts, because all orders are different. I do have some products that have standard pricing, like my alcohol infused mini cupcakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication! I ask a lot of questions, because I want to make sure my clients get exactly what they are asking for.
