- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you can imagine it, I can probably get what you want. If I cannot, you don't pay. I charge by the hour including drive time. I don't charge extra for anything closer or farther away. I am fair and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will discuss what they want to accomplish with my service. It can be any number of qualities depending on what event or space I am hired to photograph. I want to find out what type of creativity they would like, whether it be up to me or their preference. We will discuss at the site; angles, viewpoints, action, video, photo, etc. I will make sure we are both confident we can accomplish what is desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years drone flying experience. I have three years experience flying commercially. I have great rates and many customers on Instagram. I have done mainly real estate flyovers but have done weddings from afar as well.
