Better than Therapy Coaching

Introduction: I coach individuals, couples, teens, and families, helping them find practical solutions to challenges that interfere with their well-being. My coaching success is based on my personal experiences as well as the teachings of Eckhart Tolle. Just like Tolle, I recognize the role of the ego (our collective negative thoughts) as the most destructive force in the relationships that we have with ourselves, with others, and with our Creator. The driving force in my writing and coaching is my dedication to making people aware of the existence of their ego, its destructive nature, and strategies to instantly overcome it. Life coaching helps individuals live their lives to the fullest by introducing new perspectives to realize hidden potential. It also offers clients tools to identify limiting beliefs that sabotage growth and hinder happiness. My coaching methods offer clients support and mentoring during transitional times in their lives and also during times when they are searching for something more in their lives and want an alternative to traditional therapy.
