- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a certified speaking professional (CSP) which is the highest earned designation bestowed by the National Association of Professional Speakers. This designation demonstrates my level of professionalism and expertise. We do our best to work with clients to create an exceptional experience for their audience that stays within their budget. We get an understanding the client's budget and we build a proposal to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After engaging a new client, we schedule a discovery call to understand their objective for the event and their needs. I then customize my presentation to meet their needs. There is no extra cost for customizing the program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and math. I have a masters in managerial leadership. I have completes the Charter Life Underwriters designation I have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation I am a Certified Personal Branding Strategist I am a Certified Dale Carnegie Instructor I have over 20 years of leadership experience and was the youngest professional at State Farm to hold my position.
