Terry is amazing. I hired him after a contractor screwed up several major things while renovating my house that resulted in a huge water leak (into the ceiling & walls of a newly remodled kitchen) and a host of other problems that needed to be fixed in my bathroom. Not long after he started the work, I found out that I needed to sell my house (out of state job offer) and so I also had Terry re-paint all the woodwork (which was extensive) and repair some existing issues with my basement stairs, storage space, garage and roof. Every single thing Terry did looked fabulous. His skills with drywall, paint and tile are exceptional and he's equally good at structural repairs, as well as other kinds of handy work that requires problem-solving and creative solutions. Most importantly, I found him to be incredibly honest, trustworthy, friendly, fair with his prices, and quick getting jobs done. And unlike most contractors I've met or previously hired, he's very straightforward about what kinds of work he can and can't do - though I doubt there's much that falls into the latter category. He single-handedly fixed problems that had caused me enormous stress, debt, and frustration...and that is something you can't put a figure on. Furthermore, he made my house look great for when it went up on the market. If I was still living in Chicago, he would be my 'go to' person for everything in my house, especially painting & tile work, which is what he seems to be focused on these days. He's truly a professional and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. Don't waste your time searching for other folks to do the job. You won't be sorry.

Terry came highly recommended through a friend for Handyman work and he stood up to his reputation. He did everything for me from painting and plumbing to ordering and replacing door handles. He is prompt and polite. He leaves the place as clean as before he got there. I trust him so much that i have left him alone to do the work. Whatever the work is that you are looking to do i HIGHLY recommend Terry for the work. Also, i would like to mention that his rate is reasonable and fair. I have already recommended him to 5 friends.

Keen has done various jobs around my house over the years...painting several rooms,installing ceramic tile in office and basement, installing glass shower doors and new bathroom fixtures, as well as built a wooden fence around my property. All work was performed to my satisfaction...and the price was always fair. I will continue to use this service, and highly recommend it..

Terry is very organized in his work, and he takes pride in doing a good job. The job was very well done, with just a couple of oversights but I am happy with the final product. The work was very reasonable priced as well. I would recommend Terry's service in a heartbeat! :-)
