I have been a craniosacral patient at Lyrical Healing for 3-4 years. Each session is an adventure. Neither of us knows where it's going to go at the beginning of the session, but we conscientiously and fearlessly take up whatever material presents itself. Ms. Paul is tough and steady in helping me look at issues, all within a larger "holding" or "containing" environment. I can't say anything about her craniosacral treatment, except that it's continuous in each session. I don't know what she does with the information that she gains through her hands. except that sometimes she says, "You're feeling happy-go-lucky today," or something like that. In addition, she asks me to focus on a body part or a feeling. Often she asks me to become that body part and give it a voice. That's where the adventures begin. That body part or that older or younger me usually gets a name, like "the Emperor," "the bear," or "the Big I (for me ego)." She is thoroughly professional about confidentiality. She works with intuition, both mine and hers, spiritual guides, ArchAngels, chakras, the characters that we meet and create, and other resources for healing. All that I've said here supports the 5 stars I give her and my testimonial that she is an excellent therapist. One other thing. She constantly expands her skills and knowledge. She is adding talk-based counseling to her repertoire and she attends professional workshops and meetings in her field. In terms of the value she provides, it far exceeds the rate she charges. Since I began with her, I have been "on her case" to raise her rates. The "time for money" business model is constraining and not as favorable to her abundance as she deserves. You go Nancy.

I am glad to answer questions on the phone or through email. At the first session I do an intake, and go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in counseling, certification and license in massage therapy, am a Reiki Master, have taken classes in Zero Balancing, Ortho-Bionomy, Akashic Records, Hypnotherapy, and have extensive training in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy.
