- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have Standard price for each aspects. I'll discuss it with the Customer in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the new customer to know I am a trustworthy person. I want them to know I have skills in each aspects of landscaping and concrete.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to work as Labor to different people. Sometimes my Boss didn't pay me, or may be they gave me a part of it. I said to Myself, One day I'll be my own Boss, and I'll be honest and true to everyone that I'll work with. I learned and got skills from years that I worked as Labor. In 1999 I run my own Outdoor Service. Since then I hadn't had any problems with my company.
