Introduction: Greetings, Wise Ones! I am Shannon O'Sullivan, and I'm honored to have you reading this. I've been studying healing and coaching for the last 20 years. My education is vast, ranging from a BA in psychology and theater to the many holistic healing modalities, including Reiki, ThetaHealing, access consciousness/bars, yoga, meditation and conscious eating. I am passionate about communication and conflict resolution, supporting people to express their truth and be heard. My specialties are family/relationship counseling, food/body image issues, empowering individuals, and healing around death and dying. I look forward to making a difference with you!

Sliding scale for 90 minute sessions. Please inquire. No one turned away for lack of funds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation for all prospective clients to assist you in seeing if I'm the best fit for you. I start my sessions giving you an opportunity to share what brings us together today and what you want to work on. I create a safe environment for you to genuinely and candidly express what's going on for you. Through clear, conscious communication we work together to discover new ways of interacting with the issue at hand to come to a place of resolution. My mission is to elevate the level of communication everywhere so we can all feel peace and harmony.
