- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the individual nature of our services, we do not have standard pricing. However, we always seek to get you the lowest price we can without sacrificing the quality of services you desire. We will work with you to fit your budget, if at all possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a thorough walk-through of menu types to see if our services and prices are in line with customer desires, we check in about diet preferences and limitations. Two days prior to the event, we send a reminder email and gather any last minute changes. And that's it. We deliver awesome food and you have a great party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent many years working in restaurants in the back of the house, as a baker, training folks to cook and bake, and developing recipes. I worked for two years as a personal chef, then started this business.
