FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client's needs are unique to their situation and my pricing reflects that. The more details you can provide in your inquiry (date, location, items needed, quantity, size, style, flowers desired, etc.) the more I will be able to provide an accurate quote for you. Because the price range for flowers varies quite a bit (different flowers, and arrangement sizes), if you provide a budget or price range that you would like to stay within I can try to work within your parameters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will do an initial consult to discuss the style, size, budget, and general preferences. After the consult I provide a detailed proposal with a breakdown of the items, the description, and the exact cost. We will then go over the proposal together and make any adjustments that need to be made. Once the proposal is finalized, a standard contact and payment schedule is signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the floral business for over seven years. I apprenticed with an amazing designer with more than 30 years experience and have since worked with many of the talented and amazing floral designers throughout the Bay Area. I decide to start my own business 3 years ago and I cherish the opportunities I've had to work with wonderful clients on a diverse array of projects.
